Breaking free from old-school legal

And welcoming the ✨new era of legal ✨for entrepreneurs

If you’ve never had the pleasure of working with a traditional law firm (lucky you!!), here’s what it’s like: 

Sky-high hourly rates. Stuffy offices. 

And especially: being talked down to as a woman.

Case in point: when I was an attorney in one of these old-school law firms, I found out I was being paid the same as a male attorney who had less experience and who I WAS TRAINING.  

The dozens of experiences I had like that made it CRYSTAL CLEAR to me why…. 

Women entrepreneurs NEED female-driven law firms. 


So I started my own 🥰

Hi, I’m Kelli, your favorite online trademark lawyer!

As an entrepreneur, you might be able to relate to this: I always hated working for other people. But I thought that after graduating law school, it’d be different, somehow. 

Spoiler: it wasn’t. 

And it was maybe even WORSE. Because on top of living on someone else’s schedule, now I was drowning in one toxic law firm after another. 

Undervalued. Underpaid compared to male attorneys. Told to SMILE MORE in court. Super long hours. 

I knew there had to be another way. So when I was let go from my last firm in 2020 (thanks, pandemic!), I wasn’t even upset. 

Instead of looking for another law firm to join, I turned to Instagram to build my OWN online law firm where I could do things DIFFERENTLY. And the rest is history 🎉

🫶🏻 I've been a Swiftie for more than half of my life (since 2006!!). I’ve listened to just Taylor even on 12+ hour road trips. 


🍾 I love reality TV (my favs are Vanderpump Rules, Traitors, and any and all dating shows).


🚴🏼‍♀️ I’m a former fitness entrepreneur! I taught spin and boot camp classes and considered trading law for a full-time career in fitness.
